Redesigning Collaboration Infrastructure in Arts and Higher Education

I work with institutions to redesign collaboration systems that quietly exclude — where compressed pace, opaque authority, and overloaded communication narrow participation.

This is structural redesign work — not training or awareness facilitation.

Why Collaboration Systems Stall

Many institutions have already run training sessions, revised language policies, and published commitments.

Yet:

  • Cross-disciplinary projects stall
  • Research teams burn out under deadline compression
  • Teaching units absorb invisible coordination labour
  • Meetings multiply while clarity declines
  • DEI efforts generate fatigue without procedural change

The issue is not intent. It is infrastructure.

When authority is unclear, pace is misaligned with capacity, and communication norms overload cognition, participation narrows — regardless of commitment.

My work focuses on diagnosing and redesigning those systems.
